I have lived here for a long time and have had some wonderful years here and hope to have many more. One really bad thing that happened was the fire I had. However, the way you handled all of this was wonderful. I just signed my new lease and hope to live here for a lot more years. I thank you for not raising my new contract very much. I was always greeted with a smile and welcoming words in the office. I never had any major issues, and the small ones were resolved very quickly. Location is perfect, and the corner QuikTrip is wonderful! For a working college girl living on her own for the first time, this place could not have provided a better experience. I literally only moved out to be closer to school and work. Highly recommended!!

I actually love the location, the apartment, staff,\. Believe the connection with RentGrow is a BIG mistake. Never spoke with a human being that was actually ready to listen. Some folks have unusual circumstances that may cause their screening info to be compromised. Rent Grow not willing to take that into consideration, and neither was The Ethan's. I WILL NOT pass along any good info! And, I had plenty of money to live a The Ethan's. Thumbs down! And, I do know that I as a person do not matter to The Ethan's. So, yes, thumbs down!

I love The Ethan's, wonderful place. Would love to live there. Brittani is a great employee, very nice experience. However, due, to a legal matter that I have no control of, Rent Grow Inc. will not except my application. Have made many attempts to dispute their decision, and cannot even get into their website,and when I did make a bit of progress, found the site to not be a customer or consumer friendly site. I would even offer to pay my rent for a year in advance, and still no response! I lived in my last residence for 20 yeas, no problem, the residence prior for 10 yrs successfully. Therefore, I am sad to say, it appears I will not become a resident of The Ethan's

My husband and I was through there today to take a tour. The office was extremely helpful and considered by needs and helped me all they could truthfully I was really surprised at how friendly the office was so when I got home I got on here reading the reviews people have wrote about living there seems that they have bed bugs roaches and spiders. May have just changed my mind

I think they deleted my review because it was too real. This place absolutely sucks. Maintenance is terrible. We had to personally call 911 for fire rescue because the alarms were going off in our entire building and the management has no after-hours help. They’re rude af. When I was moving out, the guy “helping” me was sooooo inconvenienced as I asked him to print out my rental history for my new place, he rolled his eyes when my back was turned and one of the other coworkers saw it and goes “uh oh, what’s going on? Why did you roll your eyes” accidentally calling him out. Tried to drop off keys, had to fight with them over that even though I had Covid and they were on “lunch” just trash people. You get what you pay for… it’s cheap for a reason. There was an elderly lady who lived in a different unit in the summer and couldn’t get her thermostat to go below 80 degrees. We had to band together as tenants to help her out because this place is worthless.

First red flag, on May 6 they posted the gym. Gym hasn’t been open for AT LEAST over a year. This place is terrible and then posting the gym photo is a prime example that they don’t care about tenants. You can see boxes where the “gym” is. Do NOT move here.

DO NOT MOVE HERE. My husband and I have been NOTHING BUT GOOD TENANTS. We pay rent on time and EARLY, and we have had no complaints against us, yet they aren’t renewing our lease. We went up to the office to sort out the issue and get a reason for being denied a place to stay after we have lived here with no issues. we spoke to a lady that checked our account and admitted to us that there’s nothing on our account that would indicate any reasons they wouldn’t renew our lease. It’s extremely stupid to get rid of faithful tenants when you have no idea who will replace them. as I literally broke down in tears because we have nowhere to go, the lady told me it’s non negotiable and “even if there was a reason she wouldn’t tell me”. That’s not how you do business or keep people happy. I REPEAT DO NOT MOVE HERE. I know many people who have nothing but bad things to say about this place. The office completely ignores emails and phone calls. Stay away from this overpriced, lame excuse for “extraordinary living”.

The Ethan‘s completely de-homed my sister and her fiancé. They both work in healthcare and had to deal with the devastation of their whole apartment being torn apart and the Ethan‘s did nothing! they lost all of their belongings! The Ethan‘s did not help them or so much as answer their calls. They need to get it together! You are dealing with real people’s lives!
